The NJ Asphalt Pavement Association is pleased to announce this year’s Cliff Heath Distinguished Lifetime Leadership Award to Robert Fischer who has recently retired as the Chief Engineer of the NJ Turnpike Authority.
The NJAPA Paving Awards will also be presented.
The NJAPA Awards Reception will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at The Wave Resort in Long Branch, NJ starting at 6:00 pm.
